With 37 years of mortgage lending experience, Ron Briscoe brings deep industry knowledge and a relationship-first approach to every home loan.
Ron began originating mortgage loans in September 1989 and has spent his career serving homebuyers in Central Illinois and beyond.
His goal is simple: make the mortgage process as smooth, informed and efficient as possible. Ron believes strong relationships are built through great service, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients reach their goals. His experience with mortgage products and lending guidelines allows him to help borrowers understand their options and navigate the process with confidence.
Ron works with the full spectrum of homebuyers, from first-time buyers purchasing their first home to experienced homeowners making their next move. He is licensed to lend in Illinois and all 50 states, giving him the ability to serve clients both locally and nationwide.
For Ron, the most rewarding part of lending is helping people achieve their dreams and goals. Whether he is working with a client, Realtor or business partner, he strives to create an experience that feels organized, straightforward, and stress-free.
Outside of mortgage lending, Ron enjoys music and spending time with his family. He also serves as a director of the Santas of Summer fundraising event, giving back to the community he has called home throughout his career.
